The developer, 3651 N Wilton LLC, purchased the property for $2,050,000 in October 2022 and has enlisted the services of LAM Architects and AVIAF Development as the general contractor. The project's approval by the Zoning Board of Appeals in December included several variations, such as reducing setbacks and increasing the floor area ratio. The demolition of a detached garage at the rear of the lot has already commenced, and a new brick structure with a rooftop deck is planned.
